If a person stays organized and keeps everything where they do not have to look for it they will minimize the need for bending and stretching and every other awkward body movement that happens when searching for something that can really cause an arthritis flair up. • Choose clothing carefully. This type of heating pad does not have a cord that can be cumbersome to use. Instead, fill a clean old sock with rice and heat in the microwave. The rice hold the heat and provides a nice heat similar to any electric heating pad. This same thing can be put in the freezer to make a cold pack, too. People who suffer from arthritis are constantly looking for ways to get relief. These tips are only a few of the many that can help a person lead a normal life even when they suffer from arthritis. Arthritis relief is all about accommodating oneself to allow for less stress on the joints, reducing inflammation and easing pain. Anything a person can do for a little arthritis relief is a good thing.
